HI I'M SNEHA!
Architect-turned-Product Designer with 6 years of design experience
spanning digital products & physical spaces.
Through my years at PCS, I designed for both ends of the user spectrum from advisors to customers. I redesigned the Primary Advisor Dashboard experience, led the design and launch of the Client Retirement Dashboard, and researched and drove enhancements to key ancillary services that reinforced the overall experience.
WHAT'S KEEPING ME BUSY
While I’m exploring my next role, I’ve been focused on bringing my passion project, Localiv, to life - a platform built around supporting local artists and helping them gain visibility. Building it has been a space to apply everything I know - and learn everything I don’t. You can check it out here.
a quick heads up!
I’m currently playing around with some new mobile interactions, so a few project pages may be unavailable for now. Everything’s still good to go on desktop, though!
Thanks for your patience — I’ll be back on mobile soon, with extra coolness in tow.
where i bring the most value
While I enjoy working across the span of UX design, these core strengths are where I bring most value.
BRAND
STRATEGY
Obsessed with creating product identities that authentically reflect brand values and closely resonate with their users
VISUAL
DESIGN
I enjoy crafting visually striking experiences that not only stick with users and enhance usability but leave a lasting impression
CREATIVE
STORYTELLING
By weaving a narrative into designs I communicate complex concepts simply and make products emotionally resonant
ADVOCATING
FOR DESIGN
By demonstrating its tangible impact,I help teams and stakeholders see design not as decoration, but as a measurable driver of success
ITERATIVE COLLABORATION
Co-creating with stakeholders and users through feedback cycles to build alignment, uncover any missed insights to deliver refined, user-centered outcomes
EMPATHY FIRST
DESIGN
I design with empathy at the center where design decisions are grounded in real human experiences, not assumptions
WHAT I'm growing into
Looking ahead, I’m excited to expand my practice - exploring how systems thinking, AI, and responsible design can shape more connected, meaningful experiences.
I want to champion design thinking as a way of problem-solving that extends beyond pixels and product surfaces. I want to bring a designer’s mindset into conversations about process, policy, and strategy — helping cross-functional partners approach challenges with curiosity, empathy, and structure. Whether through workshops, collaborative frameworks, or facilitation, I aim to embed design thinking into the organization’s DNA, influencing not just what we build, but how we think while building it.
foster design conversations outside of product
I want to champion design decisions that are fair, inclusive, and respectful of users’ rights and well-being. This includes raising awareness of ethical implications, advocating for responsible and transparent use of AI, and ensuring that user trust, consent, and safety remain central to the design process. I aim to create experiences that leverage AI intelligently and enhance human capability without replacing it - and do so in a way that is thoughtful, accountable, and sustainable.
ethical advocacy & responsible design
I aim to lead design across multiple products and platforms, ensuring a cohesive and interconnected user experience. I aim to design systems that naturally adapt to each context, while maintaining a consistent, intuitive, and user-centered overall ecosystem. I envision myself influencing product strategy by advocating for design decisions that are grounded in research, evidence, and meaningful outcomes, rather than superficial aesthetics.
cross-platform
design leadership
I’m drawn to the messy, undefined spaces where problems aren’t neatly outlined and outcomes aren’t obvious. want to lean into ambiguity—not rush to simplify it—but explore it with curiosity and structure, uncovering connections across products, systems, and people. Through systems thinking, I aim to see beyond individual touchpoints and understand how each decision ripples through the broader ecosystem.

FROM MY CREATIVE SANDBOX
Since design encompasses all, I believe projects outside of Scrum also have a direct impact on design thinking and creative expression. This sandbox of exercises helps me build my identity as a designer while also encouraging me to think not only outside the box but to wonder if the box truly exists after all.
Based on one of my favorite childhood experiences ever, this project transforms the classic “Where’s Waldo?” experience into a digital, endlessly replayable game. Waldo relocates with each session, blending into busy beach scenes full of people, boats, and summer antics, keeping the mystery alive indefinitely.

“Monopoly Mapped” reimagines the classic board game through the lens of UX design. By breaking down gameplay into structured flows, decision points, and feedback loops, the project turns a familiar, playful experience into a visual map of user interactions, highlighting moments of choice, strategy, and friction.

This album is a quiet tribute to the presence dogs carry — how they communicate through expression, posture, energy, and small gestures that speak louder than language ever could. Through unposed, honest photographs, the series captures the simplicity and depth of their companionship

“Seasons of the Sky” is a visual diary of the ever-changing moods of the sky — its colors, tempers, stillness, and storms. Each photograph captures a moment where the sky wasn’t just above me, but part of the scene, shaping light, emotion, and the rhythm of the day.

Layla in Motion” is a visual record of my dog in her most natural state — moving, exploring, leaping, sprinting, pausing, and flowing through the world with a kind of freedom and purity only animals seem to understand. These images capture her exactly as she is: alive, present, expressive, and always in motion.

LEARNING TO LEAN ON AI & other intentional
design choices i made while
building this website

AI AS A CREATIVE PARTNER
AI became a way to stress-test early concepts. I’d throw half-formed thoughts at it and see what angles, contradictions, or unexpected directions came back. It helped me stretch ideas wider than I naturally would. AI helps me turn messy product language into narratives real people can absorb.
I like introducing how I think about design before showing the work itself. It gives you a glimpse into the instincts, values, and mental frameworks that influence my decisions long before pixels exist. it’s simply the way I navigate ambiguity, make sense of problems, and stay intentional in my decisions. When that compass is visible to you, the work reads less like isolated outcomes and more like a coherent practice.
knowing me before my work
Every section and transition is structured to guide visitors as though we were walking through my work together—asking questions, exploring ideas, and reflecting on choices. Even without me present, the site is meant to feel like an interactive conversation, where as you move through the projects, the pieces reveal how they fit together into a coherent whole.
CONVERSATIONS OVER DESIGN
I catalog my work by medium, but I also place each piece within an emotional spectrum. The medium tells you how it was made; the mood tells you why it exists. It creates a richer, more layered way to move through my creative world. Together, they give a fuller picture of the story behind each piece.
THE FORM & THE FEELING
When I built this website, I wanted it to reflect not just my work, but who I am as a designer—my process, my philosophies, and the way I approach design. Below are some of the intentional choices I made while bringing this site to life.
